RECYCLED RUBBER BASES

sturdy, durable and eco-friendly

Patented MultyDeck™ rubber bases are used to secure deck boards, and provide grip on prepared surfaces.
Eco-friendly, made of recycled rubber, diverted from North American landfill.

Step 2

BUILD PANELS

use 6" decking or composite boards

Boards are laid into the channels of the rubber base, upside down.  Boards are screwed into the rubber base.
MultyDeck™ bases hold three 6" boards, and need 1 ⅝" deck screws.

Step 3

ALIGN PANELS

prepare panels for joining

When you are ready to assemble the deck, align the panels in the desired shape of your deck.

Space them 5 ½" apart, as the joiner boards will fit into the gaps.

Step 4

ADD JOINERS & TRIM

fill in with joiner boards, and screw in

The deck comes together when joiner boards are laid between panels and screwed at a 45 degree angle into the side supports of the base.
If desired, finish with a framed edge for a clean look, using 2x2" board.

Your unique project will depend on the size, purpose, configuration and design of your deck.

USING TREATED BOARDS

treated boards may swell and shrink
Not all wood is created equal.  The MultyDeck™ base is engineered to hold 3 decking boards.  Freshly treated deck boards may swell and shrink, as it dries out.  Freshly treated boards could be snug, and may require tapping with a rubber mallet to fit into the channels.
